AI Prompt Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the SHE team to understand data requirements and sources
- Craft precise and effective prompts to guide the AI in extracting relevant insights, identifying gaps, and assessing compliance across various datasets
- Assist in cross-checking and validating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Develop and refine prompts to automate the review of pre-audit questionnaires, applicability reviews, and permit data.
- Use AI to evaluate task alignment with company requirements and highlight potential risks
- Collaborate with the SHE team to generate standardized documentation templates and use AI to improve data storage and integration processes.
- Work with SHE experts to create AI prompts for risk-based documentation checks, identification of potential issues, and recommendations for mitigation
- Design prompts to flag data inconsistencies or anomalies for further investigation or "field interviews."
- Audit Report Generation
Profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in crafting effective prompts for generative AI models, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and context
- Understanding of audit processes and data analysis techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear language
- Basic understanding of SHE principles is a plus
- Working knowledge of an audit process is a plus
- Bachelor or master degree is a plus
- English fluent is a MUST
- Experience in a audit consultant company
