Project information

  • This role is focused on One Pharma Strategy realisation and will be responsible for partnering with business and communication teams to deliver internal engagement and communications strategies and deliverables that bring to life the One Pharma Strategy. One Pharma Strategy spans the entire Pharmaceutical Division, touching over 50,000 employees globally.
  • Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and execute integrated change communication plans aligned with organisational goals, ensuring employees and leaders are engaged in the change journey.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Program Coordination: Act as a central point for coordinating communications across multiple corporate initiatives to ensure message consistency and relevance
  • Storytelling and Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including written materials, presentations, videos and digital assets, that make complex topics accessible and engaging
  • Leadership Communication Support: Create frameworks that enable leaders to effectively communicate the strategy and its impact on teams
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, program managers, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and co-create communication strategies
  • Employee Engagement to drive Change Outcomes: Implement creative and practical solutions that drive employee understanding, engagement, and behavior change in line with strategic goals
  • Measurement and Reporting: Track and analyse communication effectiveness, providing insights to optimise strategies and demonstrate impact and monitor employee sentiment, gather feedback, and refine communication approaches accordingly

Profile

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Solid experience in internal or change communications within a large, global organisation, ideally in a pharma or corporate setting 
  • Expertise in change management communication principles
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills and ability to simplify complex information into clear, relatable messages
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, video production, internal social media)
  • Proficiency in gSuite (especially gSites) and excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders 
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities and strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities 
  • Proactive and driven, with the ability to work autonomously as well as with teams
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, exceptional writing skills
