Compensation & Equity Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee equity-based compensation programs, including Long-Term Incentives (LTI), virtual stock options, and employee equity plans.
- Skillfully manage our equity plan platform to administer and analyze equity compensation, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives.
- Engage actively in key compensation and benefits processes, such as the annual merit cycle, to maintain global standards.
- Continuously update compensation frameworks and guidelines to address the evolving needs of our global workforce.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide analytical insights and data-driven recommendations on compensation trends and policies.
Profile
- Experience in compensation management, with a strong emphasis on equity programs in public companies.
- Analytical prowess matched by proficiency in Excel, ideally experienced with BI tools.
- Attention to detail, handling complex data and processes and managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in english, ideally also in german

Salary information
Depending on qualifications and professional experience, the gross annual salary ranges between 60.000 and 75.000 EUR all-in.
