Responsibilities
- Cover the operational and processing aspects
- Perform formality checks and adjustments of mandates
- Contact different front office teams in case of incomplete or incorrect formalities and ensure completion and correctness
- Manage standard operating procedures with highest quality standards
Profile
- Business education/diploma, with financial focus as an advantage
- Fluent in English and German with excellent written skills
- Ability and technical understanding to quickly learn and adapt to different tools
- Resilient and able to perform under pressure
- Solution-oriented way of thinking (keen to deliver highest level of quality services)
- Responsible and conscious of risks, attention to quality and client satisfaction is imperative
- Solid experience with MS Office
