Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate the development of a strategy for the order-to-cash function, which includes people development, performance management, system utilization, automation, risk mitigation, compliance, and community management
  • Lead finance projects and tool implementations in the area Order to Cash (OtC) in collaboration with the Shared Service Centers (SSCs), regions/entities and x-functions/IT
  • Act as a strategic business partner, and promote lean and agile methodologies
  • Coordinate and test ERP system and tool related changes and upgrades
  • Define, analyze and steer KPIs 
  • Define, implement a sustainable knowledge management concept (incl. up-to date documentation/learning contents on Fuse, Stages, GPMS and Enable Now

Profile

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in business, Finance, IT or similar or equivalent finance qualification
  • Solid experience in a project management / operational excellence / Process Manager role within in a multinational Shared Service Center / organization
  • Functional expertise (Business, General Ledger or Purchase to Pay or Order to Cash or Services & Software or C&C or ByD, E2E processes Finance, x-functions)
  • Evidence of acting as business partner through influencing finance & non-finance stakeholders and success fully communicate at any level of the organization
  • Expertise in SAP S/4 and/or SAP ByD and IT infrastructure benefical
  • Effective communication skills, including ability to structure presentations and present to the Finance Leadership team
  • Proficient English written and verbal communication skills
