Global Business Process Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Independently leads the corresponding initiative within the global Aspire team, consisting of business and IT representatives. This includes continuous, active team coaching.
- Within the framework of the agile method used in the program (SAFe), he/she is responsible for the realization of the prioritized backlog
- Decision-making for the development of the global template, ensuring that the further development of global processes meets all requirements for efficiency, harmonization, and the sharing of best practices. The product encompasses processes used cross-divisionally in Pharma PT, p/gRED, Diagnostics, Global Operations and the Group Sites Network
- In this role, he/she proactively drives the development of new integrated end-to-end processes. The focus of this role is on the processes of integrated operational waste management, linking these processes to the circular economy, and the strategic development of the product within environmental management (e.g., emissions management)
- He/she communicates with relevant stakeholders, maintains a global, cross-divisional network, and is constantly working to further develop this network to improve relevant global processes
- Responsible for the development, maintenance, and adaptation of the global process framework according to the global Roche process architecture for all processes within the scope of the responsible product
Profile
- University degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a comparable field, with a strong understanding of business and IT processes
- Degree and solid experience
- Strong strategic thinking, ideally proven in the context of a global function
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German advantageous
- Excellent networking skills, strong intercultural collaboration abilities and a people-centric mindset
- The candidate has demonstrated the ability to drive change by inspiring people with a passion for transformation and implementing robust processes to ensure the sustainability of change
