About the company

The business is composed of sales to customers, such as large private organizations, of hardware and software within the digital signage business.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall management and operation of the Business Unit, Factory Unit excluded. Primary goal is to align the business unit's objectives with the company's goals and drive profitability, flexibility, and positive work culture. Some of your key tasks include:
  • Leadership and Strategy:- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business unit goals.- Contribute to the overall company strategy as a member of the management team.- Budget responsibility and financial planning for the business unit.
  • Operations Management:- Ensure efficient operations and optimal resource utilization.- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure they comply with company policies and standards.- Implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Leadership:- Recruit, develop, and retain employees.- Conduct performance management and employee development.- Foster a positive and productive work culture.
  • Customer Relations:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.- Identify and develop new business opportunities.- Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and support.

Profile

  • General understanding of IT and software systems is recommended. 
  • Industry experience in the digital signage market is a plus.
  • People management experience is required. 
  • Strong understanding of the business, product, and industry dynamics 
  • Results-driven and a change manager. 
  • Sales and commercially minded with a passion for business development. 
  • Track Record of growing a business. 
  • Project management experience is preferred.
