Responsibilities
- In this role you are the point of contact for customers (B2B clients)
- You support and advice them on the professional use of software services offered
- Costumer concerns about the software are received and processed by you via telephone, mail or ticket system
- If possible you'll solve the problem with Python- or SQL-scripts
Profile
- Experience with database management systems (e.g. PostgreSQL)
- Previous work as 1st / 2nd level support
- Fluency in English, preferably also in German
- Passion for IT as well as modern, stable and visible software solutions
- Communicative and proactive personality for the best costumer experience
- Additional preferred skills: Finished studies in the technical field, experience with Google Coud, Python, Linux
