Process CQV Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Designs, specifies and installs new equipment and provides engineering technical support and troubleshooting for all cell culture, purification, pharmaceutical processing equipment and plant utilities, provides technical support on production control systems
- Develops CQV protocols, oversees CQV testing and drafts final reports
- Leads corrective and preventive actions on equipment and oversees and equipment and system change control
- Provides subject matter expertise in technical investigations and in the technology transfer on new products/processes
- Leads continuous improvement and equipment and facility performance optimization efforts
- Provides project engineering as required for new processing equipment installations and modifications to existing equipment
Profile
- Experience with Delta-V, PLM , Trackwise, CMMS (Infor) are ideal features
