R&D Leader (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Establish a chip design and development plan for power devices (Super-Junction MOSFET, IGBT, SiC MOSFET, GaN HEMT, etc.) based on market development trends
- Formulate goals and plans for chip design and development projects, and formulate a clear project schedule
- Responsible for the design and simulation of semiconductor power devices to ensure that the products meet the design specifications in theory
- Establish a process flow with semiconductor Foundry manufacturers to ensure that product parameters, reliability and process windows meet design specifications
- Carry out product changes and maintenance according to needs, as well as statistical analysis of experimental data
- Responsible for promoting the progress of R&D projects and ensuring that the project reaches mass production targets as planned
- Responsible for the establishment and management of R&D document systems, rules and processes
Profile
- Master's degree or above, majoring in microelectronics and solid-state electronics, semiconductor devices and physics, etc., with a solid foundation in physics and semiconductor devices
- Experience in power device R&D
- Proficient in a series of development processes such as chip structure design, layout design, device simulation, tape-out process, and test applications of various MOSFETs (especially SJ MOSFETs and IGBTs)
- Candidates with experience in Multi-EPI 12-layer (or 9-layer EPI or above) process/device development and IGBT 7th generation process device development experience will be given priority
- Have experience in development/production/application of actual products of power semiconductor devices and FAB tape-out experience
- The devices directly developed or responsible for development have continued sales or application cases
- Rigorous work and clear thinking. Have good communication skills, learning skills and team management skills
- Project experience at Infineon Villach is necessary
