
Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d)




Responsibilities
- Collaborate with contingent workforce managers to understand specific contingent staffing requirements
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, freelance platforms, and staffing agencies to find suitable candidates
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified contingent workers
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability
- Maintain and update a database of potential contingent workers for future opportunities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
- Track and report sourcing metrics and effectiveness of different sourcing channels.
- Lead supplier contracting including labor lease and services agreements
- Lead the contingent workforce talent management (performance review, remobilisation, CW exit form, etc)
- Contribute to contingent workforce planning and compensation strategy
- Coaching and training of hiring managers on all aspects and processes of contingent workforce
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor legislation
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Solid experience in an agency with focus on temporary recruitment
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce trends and best practices
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and related roles
- Proficiency in English and German
