Release & Configuration Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Release planning by coordination with Team Product Owner to define goals and scope
- Delivery of release packages to Platform Lead Team
- Maintenance of release documentation, including release notes, installation guides and configurationn instructions
- Maintain and provice release note to stakeholder
- Consolidates releases of all Platform deliverables, including electronics, mechanic, and SW Components Develop and maintain the Platform configuration management Plan
- Identify and define all configuration items (CIs), including software code, documentation, and hardware components, that need to be managed
- Communicate release status and update to internal stakeholder, including development teams and operations teams
- Suggest and implement improvements to the release management process.
- Create and establish configuration baselines, representing approved and stables versions of software and hardware components
- Manage access controls and permissions for configuration management tools and repositories to prevent unauthorized changes
Profile
- Deep knowledge in Release Management
- Experience in Configuration Management
- Experienced in working with big teams
- Fluent oral and written German and English language skills
- Practical experience in automotive or medical technology / medical devices projects
