Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility and act as a single point of contact for technical requirements covering the entire value creation process from ideation and design through to development, testing and rollout to shops globally - this will include expert support activities at level 3
- Working closely within the product team as a technical advisor to the Product Owner
- Translating business requirements related to checkout processes into detailed specifications and user stories
- Act as a counterpart and sparring partner for development partners and vendors
- Review and approve sprint increments developed by these partners to ensure quality and operational excellence
- Advisor for technical questions on the various checkout solutions
- Share knowledge and best practices within your product team and beyond and act as an ambassador for the checkout space
- Provide rapid support for critical live events and provide immediate assistance and troubleshooting to achieve optimal results
Profile
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with a background in requirements analysis
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, such as user stories and use cases
- Experience working as part of an agile team, with the ability to adapt to new environments and changing requirements
- Basic understanding of the end-to-end software and product development process
- Interest in working in an international context; strong intercultural communication skills and the ability to thrive in diverse work environments
- Proficiency in English
