Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning, monitoring, and forecasting processes for both project and sales activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Manage project cost planning, tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle, including monthly budget deviation analyses
  • Provide insights on sales perfornance, gross profit, cost structures, and cash flow, supporting business decisions and optimizing financial outcornes
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for managerent, highlighting project perfornance, sales forecasts, and potential financial risks or opportunities
  • Act as a business partner to project and sales tearns, advising on commercial and financial matters to meet goals
  • Collaborate with departments, including Custorner Program Management and Finance, to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Drive improvements in financial reporting, systerns, and processes to enhance efficiency and financial control across sales and projects
  • Presence on site minimum 3 days a week / Expected Travel Time: 20%

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in (project) controlling
  • Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders across all managerial levels.
  • Hands-on and agile leader with strong business acumen dedicated to operational discipline, a strong presence and lead by example
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and general computer skills (ERP)
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German
