
Scientist - Biology (m/f/d)




Responsibilities
- Develop and characterize novel in vivo oncology models
- Perform efficacy studies with cutting edge radioligand therapies
- Perform biodistribution studies and metabolites analysis
- Perform pre-clinical imaging studies including PET/SPECT/uCT
- Perform and/or support colleagues with various in vitro and ex vivo activities (e.g. cell culture, flow cytometry, IHC, immunofluorescence, PCR, Western blotting)
Profile
- Experience in performing animal studies (animal handling, drug application, sampling, animal welfare regulations, small laboratory animal surgery)
- Qualified Lab Technician (apprenticeship/vocational training), BSc or MSc in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, biotechnology, pharmacology or related field
- LTK1 or equivalent required - necessary
- Experience in working with open radioactive sources is of advantage
