Solution Architect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Designing end-to-end solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Providing technical leadership to development teams
- Defining and implementing integration strategies between Salesforce and other systems
- Customizing and configuring Salesforce applications with Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce
- Ensuring solutions meet security and compliance standards
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Overseeing system integration and performance optimization of Salesforce applications
- Manage system upgrades and patches
- Manage cooperation with vendors and consultants
- Implement cloud and DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and automated testing
Profile
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, architecture and system integration
- Experience with AWS services and best practices
- Fluent English, strong communication and leadership skills in an agile environment
- Certifications like Salesforce System-, Technical-, and Integration Architect preferred
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization and Data Cloud preferred
- Previous experience in the financial industry is welcome
- Experience with event-driven architecture (e.g., Apache Kafka or Pulsar) would be helpful
