Aufgaben

  • As a Strategic Finance Manager, you will play a key role in steering the company's financial strategy and conducting tailored analyses. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Financial Process Analysis: In-depth examination of existing financial processes, identification of efficiency potentials, and implementation of optimization measures.
  • Profitability Enhancement: Conducting comprehensive analyses to identify opportunities for profitability improvement and developing corresponding strategic recommendations.
  • Due Diligence Audits: Responsible for conducting due diligence audits, including detailed assessments, risk analyses, and integration recommendations.
  • Calculations and Validations: Performing precise financial calculations and validations, including the creation of business cases and value creation programs to establish well-founded decision-making bases.
  • Process Improvements: Initiating and implementing process improvements in the financial domain to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • System Implementations: Leading projects for the implementation of new financial systems to ensure that the infrastructure aligns with business requirements.

Profil

  • University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration
  • Relevant professional experience from the audit from a Big4 company 
  • Extensive professional financial experience with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness: experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions
  • Solid IT-Skills (Oracle desirable) and strong Excel-Skills, PowerBi as a Nice-To-Have
  • Fluent English skills

Gehaltsinformationen

  • The annual salary for this position is at least €90.000 gross p.a. (on a full-time basis). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, overpayment is possible. We look forward to receiving your application!
