Responsibilities

  • Interface between the Units and the Central Team
  • Coordination and Communication: Ensure smooth information flow between local units and the central team to facilitate successful rollout implementation
  • Advise on the design and execution of training, conduct regular training sessions (JF) with local units and collaborate with EAM as needed
  • Training Needs Analysis: Support units in analyzing their local training needs and provide up-to-date training data (Excel files) for targeted training planning
  • Supporting the Units: Implement effective training strategies and actions based on the S/4 United Training Concept
  • Close Collaboration with the Trainer Team and Responsibility for Training Materials
  • Coordination with the Trainer Team: Collaborate closely with the trainer responsible for finalizing training materials to ensure content is precise and tailored to the needs of local units
  • Train-the-Trainer: Responsible for the upskilling of local units and empowering local trainers in alignment with partner project
  • Providing best practices for the local training phase based on experiences from previous rollouts
  • Revision of Training Materials: Oversee the review of training materials in collaboration with the trainer team, ensuring consistency and high-quality content
  • Close Collaboration with the Central Team (Change/Communication/Training Factory and Rollout Management)
  • Coordinate and take responsibility for training and communicating changes, working closely with the CCT-team and Rollout Management
  • Responsible for Training Status: Keep track of training progress and report on training status during project meetings

Profile

  • Experience in organizing and coordinating training, ideally in a global or complex rollout environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to act as an interface between different teams and units
  • Experience in training concepts
  • Experience in executing Train-the-Trainer Trainings and collaborating with local trainers to transfer knowledge and best practices
  • Team-oriented, with structured working habits and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong communication skills, especially in German and English (additionally, Polishadvantageous)
