Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for business leaders, line managers, and employees within your designated areas
  • Serve as a talent advisor and facilitator, ensuring strong succession pipelines for critical roles, identify and develop talent
  • Collaborate with management to provide HR guidance on talent management, organizational and leadership development, annual HR processes, and employee engagement
  • Offer expert advice and solutions on various HR matters, including performance management and compliance with local labor laws
  • Lead processes in change management to support organizational needs, ensuring effective communication and transition strategies
  • Support talent acquisition plans by overseeing recruitment activities in collaboration with the according partner
  • Participate in global and local HR projects

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory environments
  • Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with exposure in an international field
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and strong data analysis skills for decision-making
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in German and English
