Responsibilities
- Communicate in high quality with a tailored support to the individual customer
- Act proactively in communication with customers whereby structural visits by the account manager should also be proposed to achieve maximum influence within the sales process
- Create high quality quotations that meet applicable expectations/procedures (including appropriate equipment, process conditions, prices, delivery terms)
- Lead generation
- Work cross functional with Account Manager from the respective territory, or other interested parties, of all pending matters
- Advise and consult the customer in-and outbound
- Customer data is entered into CRM system according to guidelines and changes are processed
- Data reports- regarding products, prices, and conditions of competitors
- Installed base- and competitive analysis
- Handle inquiries, orders, and complaints according to established procedures
- Forecast investments
- You are at all times convinced of the added value of VEGA
Profile
- Relevant experience in process automation, instrumentation, industrial manufacturing processes, sensors, level & pressure
- In-depth and successful work experience within sales is preferable
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electronic/process-industrial automation engineering
- Customer-focus and the ability to understand and address the customers underlying needs
- Commercial understanding
- Technical knowledge
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find timely solutions
