Profile
- Master Degree or above preferable in thermal engineering, Physics or related directions
- Experienced and deep understanding in various technology principles and applications like chip cooling, TIM, phase change systems
- Technical cooperation management with external partners
- Experience in product development and technology insight
- Capable to work in agile and dynamic innovation project environment
- Ability for communication, coordination, and excellent interpersonal understanding
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and preferable Chinese
